Hi, I'm Lewis

I’m from Glasgow but I moved to Manchester at the start of 2023. I have been running my business since 2019. Prior to this, I studied for two years at the City of Glasgow College and was awarded two A’s across HNC and HND. I like to work hard and challenge myself. I love learning too and picking up as much as I can to help with my craft, but I also don’t take myself too seriously as I’m friendly and I really enjoy having a laugh.Regarding how I coach; I take a 360 approach with my clients in order to get them stronger, fitter, healthier and for their body composition to massively improve. It means a lot to me that they trust investing their money into what I offer so I always make sure to give 100%. I love pushing my clients and always explain the why behind everything so they’re more educated and independent.
